2008 HOUSING AND LAND USE GOALS
Encourage strong public and private sector participation and dialogue in the General Plan updates of cities and the County to address the needs for housing diversity, density, workforce housing, transitional housing, second dwelling units, and farm worker housing. Continue to engage with the housing task forces in the cities. Support sustainable development practices that bring into balance the protection of agriculture, open space and livable communities.
