Work to provide a balanced Budget for 2007-2008, to protect the bond rating and secure a balanced forecast for long-term fiscal stability of future revenues, expenditures and reserves. Implement organizational strategies that provide citizens excellent customer services and programs to meet their needs. Provide a county workforce environment that promotes excellence in performance, professional opportunity and advancement.
